DO YOU DELIVER TO MY AREA?

We deliver to most of Victoria and into some parts of NSW. Please contact us for NSW delivery. 

 

WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?

Deliveries are made on Wednesdays. 

 

WHAT TIMES DO YOU DELIVER?

Our drivers will try their best to deliver your product as early as possible. We cannot guarantee a time; generally most orders are complete by mid-morning or mid-afternoon.

 

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

No minimum order required.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO SUBMIT MY ORDER AND FINALISE PAYMENT?

All orders need to be submitted and paid by Saturday 5pm.

 

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

Our standard shipping fee across Victoria is $20.00.

 

HOW IS MY PRODUCT DELIVERED?

Once your order is prepared, it is packed in a plastic bag inside a cardboard box, labelled and then transported in a refrigerated van that is registered with Prime Safe Victoria. This ensures your product is delivered to you meeting Australian food safety standards.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT THERE WHEN MY PRODUCT ARRIVES?

We will try to contact you on your number provided to receive alternative instructions;
If we cannot make contact, your order will be taken back to our warehouse and be prepared for re-delivery and a re-delivery fee may be applicable of $20.00.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We currently accept PayPal, Direct Bank Transfer and Purchase Order. Please note for Direct Bank Transfer your fund must clear into our accounts before your order is processed. You will need to contacts information@halalmeatsonline.com.au to setup an account before you can use the Purchase Order facility.
